Large Party Reservation Policies

At Flóga, we take pride in crafting memorable dining experiences for every occasion — from cozy celebrations to large group gatherings.
To provide exceptional service and personalized attention, all large party reservations (parties of 7 or more guests) must be arranged through our dedicated Events and Large Parties Team. This ensures seamless planning and an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Large Party Guidelines

  • Parties of 7 and 8 | May order directly from our main selection of tapas and main dishes. A food and beverage minimum spend is required.

  • Parties of 9 and more |Our Chef has designed a special selection of fixed priced menus for you to choose from. Please visit our Large Parties and Events Menus Link to view them.

Restaurant Buyouts

For the ultimate in privacy and exclusivity, Flóga offers full restaurant buyouts for groups of 50 or more guests. Your party will enjoy exclusive access to the entire venue, including the main dining room, private dining room, bar/lounge, 2 patios, and a front lawn.
A buyout ensures your event is the sole focus of the evening, allowing you to fully customize the experience from private menu options and specialized beverage packages to personalized décor. Create a one-of-a-kind experience tailored entirely to your vision.

Sales Kit

To support you in planning every detail of your event, we offer a comprehensive Sales Kit. This resource includes everything you need to get started with planning your event. It includes menu selections, room rental costs, and full venue buyout options and details.
You’ll also find information on event customization services along with available menu enhancements.
Designed to guide you through the reservation process, the Sales Kit makes it easy to choose the best options for your group and ensures a seamless, memorable experience from start to finish. Reservation Process

All large party reservations require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. To help us prepare, we ask that you provide your final guest count at least 2 days prior to your event. We will do our best to accommodate any changes; however, please note that a minimum expected guest count is set at three fewer guests than the number listed on your contract. If your group arrives with fewer guests than the minimum, you will be responsible for the full cost associated with that minimum guest count.

Preset Menus & Minimum Spend:

For parties of 7 and 8 guests, we require you meet a Food and Beverage Minimum.
Please note that gratuity, tax, and additional fees are not included in the minimum spend requirement.
For parties of more 9 and more, you are also required to meet an F&B. Please select one of the 3 fixed price menus that Chef has designed for you.
Each menu is curated to deliver a family-style dining experience.
They feature a variety of tapas, salads, and entrées for your entire group to share and enjoy.

Drinks are not included in the menu pricing.
Your Food and Beverage Minimum is the menu price plus an additional Beverage Minimum spend of $20/Guest.
All drinks and food ordered will go towards your party’s F&B.
To make your event truly one-of-a-kind, we offer a variety of Menu Enhancements.
From select dishes, to incorporating a custom color palette, event branding, or personalized logos, our team is here to bring your vision to life.
Our culinary team is also happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and more. We’ll ensure that every guest enjoys a thoughtful and tailored dining experience.

Large Party Reservations FAQ'S

What is required to secure a large party reservation?
  • To secure a reservation for a large party, a deposit based on your event’s minimum spend is required. This deposit is due 5 days prior to the date of reservation and will be applied toward your final bill. The deposit is necessary to guarantee your reservation.
  • For parties of 7 and 8 there is a $65/Guest F&B. Please Note: this may vary depending on the day of the week.

  • For parties of 9 and more please select one of the menus our Chef has designed for you.
    There are 3 different menu prices.
    Your F&B is the menu price and an additional $20 Beverage minimum spend.

  • Please get in touch with your coordinator to let them know of any changes. There is a minimum expected guest count of 3 guests fewer than the final guest count — which should be communicated no later than 2 days prior to your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate any changes; however, if your group arrives with fewer guests than the minimum, you will be responsible for the full cost associated with that minimum guest count.
  • We cannot guarantee parties being sat together or near each other without prior requests. Large parties that are sat together will be required to book with our Events and Large Parties Team.
  • The Food and Beverage Minimum spend is a minimum spend amount that your party must meet. All food and beverages go towards this minimum. If you do not meet your minimum, the remaining amount will be applied to your bill.
  • Please let the restaurant and your coordinator know if you or your guests are running late. 60% of your party must be present in order to be sat.

Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels their event:

  • 30 days or more before the event : A full deposit refund will be returned. If payment was made in full for the event, a full refund will be returned.
  • 5–29 days before the event : 50% of the deposit paid will be returned. If payment was made in full for the event, 50% of the total event cost amount will be returned to the card it was completed with.
  • 4 days or less before the event: No refund — of either a deposit or full payment amount — will be given unless otherwise discussed.

Should Flóga be forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government orders, natural disasters, temporary or permanent closures), Flóga shall provide no less than 30 days notice of cancellation to the Client and all payments made under this contract will be refunded.

Payments

No contactless payments.

For groups of 7 or more guests, we are unable to split checks by individual items or amounts. However, we do accept multiple forms of payment, including cash and up to four credit or debit cards, which will be charged in equal amounts. If you have any specific payment requests or questions, please let us know in advance. Our team will be happy to assist in making the payment process as smooth and convenient as possible for your group.

Final Payment and Overage

The remaining balance must be paid in full at the conclusion of the event. Any additional charges incurred during the event must be settled before departure unless otherwise agreed upon.

The client is required to submit a credit card authorization form.

Flóga reserves the right to cancel all arrangements if the client does not make payments as requested. Final payment may be made via cash or credit card. The itemized receipt cannot be separated.

Event Timings

Large party reservations are set for the specific time indicated on your booking and event contract. If your guests are running late, Flóga will hold your table for up to one hour, but please note that the end time of your reservation will remain unchanged unless previously discussed with your event coordinator (additional costs may apply). If you expect to arrive late, kindly notify us in advance so we can best accommodate your group.

Rules and Regulations

Client agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Flóga in this contract, which rules include, without limitation, the following :

  • Outside Food and Beverage : Flóga does not allow outside catering and will only make exceptions for religious reasons. By law, Flóga cannot allow outside alcohol.
  • Dress Code Policy : We look forward to providing a memorable dining experience at Flóga. Thank you for not wearing athletic shorts, jerseys, flip-flops, or excessively revealing clothing. Men’s shirts must have sleeves.
  • Outside Photography or Videography : Outside photography or videography is not allowed.
  • Printed Invitations/Promotional Materials : Flóga requires approval of all marketing materials. Flóga ’s brand and logo shall not be used without permission.

Personal Property of Client

All personal property brought into Flóga by Client or Client’s guests shall be at the risk of such persons and Flóga shall not be liable for theft thereof or any damages thereto. In addition, Client hereby waives and all rights of action or cause of action against Flóga and its employees for any loss or damage that may occur to any personal property brought into or placed in Flóga unless caused by Flóga’s negligence or wrongdoing.

Certain Catastrophic Events

In the event of (I) and damage or destruction of Flóga by fire, casualty or other cause or the taking of all or any portion of Flóga by the exercise of eminent domain, which in either event renders Flóga unusable for the purpose contemplated by this contract or (II) the passage or enactment of local, state or federal statute, law regulation, ordinance or order of any governmental authority that would prohibit the use of Flóga for the purpose contemplated by this contract, Flóga may terminate this contract by written notice to the Client, in which event any amounts previously paid shall be promptly returned to the Client. The parties shall have no further duties or obligations whatsoever hereunder. In addition, the failure of either party to comply with the terms and conditions because of war or a natural disaster, i.e., vandalism, fire, earthquake or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of such party which renders impossible, complete performance of this contract, shall not be deemed a breach of this contract and full refunds will be made within thirty days of written cancellation statement.

Dress Code Policy

Thank you for choosing Flóga. We aim to make every visit special, and a thoughtful dress code helps set the tone. We ask guests not to wear flip-flops, athletic wear, overly revealing outfits, or clothing with offensive language or imagery. Men’s shirts must have sleeves. We appreciate your understanding as we create a space that feels elevated and inclusive for all.

Valet Parking

We offer complimentary valet service at Flóga. While your car is being parked, enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco. Your experience begins the moment you arrive.
